Wild River Technology LLC (“Wild River”) proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth below, Wild River warrants that its manufactured hardware products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Wild River Technology branded hardware products purchased directly from Wild River Technology or an authorized distributor.

If a covered product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use, Wild River will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the product;
  2. Replace the product with the same or equivalent product; or
  3. Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practical.

Definition of Lifetime

For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” means the usable service life of the product as determined by Wild River Technology, beginning on the original date of purchase and continuing until the product is discontinued and no longer supported, or until replacement parts/materials are no longer reasonably available.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Wild River Technology.

Proof of original purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:

  • Improper installation, use, handling, or maintenance
  • Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Use outside of intended or approved applications
  • Damage caused during shipping after delivery
  • Cosmetic wear or normal aging that does not affect functionality
  • Products repaired or altered by unauthorized parties

Warranty Claim Procedure

To obtain warranty service:

  2. Provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Product serial/model number
    • Description of defect/failure
  3. If requested, return the product with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Wild River unless otherwise approved. Wild River will cover return shipping for repaired/replacement products within the United States.

Limitations of Liability

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY WILD RIVER TECHNOLOGY AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WILD RIVER TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR DOWNTIME ARISING FROM PRODUCT FAILURE.

Right to Modify

Wild River Technology reserves the right to revise or modify this warranty at any time; however, any such revision shall not affect products purchased prior to the effective date of the revision.
